The bank phones you: the transfer code does not arrive: what to say in German
You phone the bank because the code for a transfer does not arrive.

How it's done. To confirm a transfer the bank asks for a TAN (one-time code): the bank's app often shows it as a push notification; if there is none, check that notifications are allowed on your phone.Prepared by the Movko team, November 2026.
